• Confirm, schedule, and reschedule your hunt reservation;

By providing your phone number when scheduling a hunt, you consent to receive text messages from Cackle Creek related to your reservation, including booking confirmations. Message and data rates may apply. You are not added to any recurring marketing list by submitting a reservation.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as necessary to operate our business:

• With guides or staff assigned to your hunt, so they can prepare your field and birds;
• With scheduling and calendar tools we use to track reservations and availability; and

We retain reservation and waiver records for as long as needed to operate our preserve, respond to inquiries, and meet any legal or insurance obligations. When records are no longer needed, we delete or anonymize them.
